All monetary contributions made to Sneh Asha Foundation are utilised towards our non-profit educational and community programmes across Mumbai, Thane, and Palghar. • Receipts & Tax Deduction: Eligible Indian donations are acknowledged with receipts and certificates for tax deduction under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961. Donors must provide a valid Permanent Account Number (PAN) and postal address at the time of contribution to enable statutory Form 10BD filing and 80G certificate issuance. • Refund Policy: Due to statutory compliance mandates governing charitable receipts and tax deductions, monetary donations once completed are generally non-refundable. • Erroneous or Duplicate Charges: In genuine cases of duplicate debits, technical processing errors, or unauthorized transactions, donors may submit a refund claim within 7 days of the transaction date. • How to Request a Refund: Email connect@Sneh asha.org with the transaction reference, payment date, donor PAN, and specific reason for the refund within 7 days. We will respond within 5 working days. Upon verification and approval, the refund will be credited back to the original payment source through our payment provider.
